Josie Hipwell
Birth Doula and Owner of Radiant Birth
A philosophy steeped in each person having sovereignty over their whole being, Josie holds a strong and nurturing space. A certified Birth and Postpartum Doula (Australian Doula College) and an Internal Pelvic Release Practitioner trained under Fiona Hallinan. Expect a combination of body work & empowered education. Trained under Lael Stone and Bernadette Lack, Josie is a specialist in The Art of Birth Debriefing making her the right fit for those manifesting a different birth experience or those working through birth trauma. Josie has experience supporting homebirth, hospital birth, people with disabilities, birth trauma & neurodivergent folks.

Alex Schifter
Birth and Postpartum Doula
Alex is an experienced birth and postpartum doula, as well as a proud mother to two beautiful children. With a background in education and facilitation, she has always been passionate about supporting growth and transformation, particularly in the cultural change space. Trained with the Australian Doula College in 2021, Alex has further trained in breastfeeding support, optimal positioning for birth, and mental health, ensuring she can best serve families through their unique journeys. She has a particular focus on working with sensitive souls and is committed to offering a neuroaffirming approach, guiding families with compassion, understanding, and respect.

Georgie Druckmann
Postpartum Doula
Georgie is a qualified birth and postpartum doula who studied under the Australian Doula College (2017) and Julia Jones has worked in this space for over 7 years. With a wealth of experience, Georgie brings hands-on practical help such as generous nourishing meals, foot baths and cleaning skills (a professional cleaner) for new families who require someone who can genuinely support the demands of newborn life. A mother to a 4-year-old she is terrific with newborns and toddlers and can facilitate space for joy and self-care. She is gentle, funny, adored in the birth community, and has experience supporting clients with multiple babies.

Birth Doula
Beth is an experienced birth doula and proud birth nerd who found this work after having her second child. A mum to two school-age kids, she has supported over 100 families and is deeply passionate about birth. Birth is 100% her jam. Her down-to-earth, practical approach ensures birthing people feel seen, held, excited, and informed—often with a giggle along the way. Beth specialises in helping you navigate your journey with confidence while keeping your intentions central. Whether you birth at home or in hospital, she’s got you. She’s continually honing existing and learning new skills; She has trained in Spinning Babies, optimal positioning, breastfeeding, and more.

Postpartum Doula
Imren is a certified postpartum doula and mum of two. She has a background in youth work, teaching, and community planning, Imren brings deep listening, compassion, and practical support to new and seasoned mothers. Her training in mindfulness and meditation enhances her ability to create a calm, reflective space during the postpartum transition. Passionate about ensuring women receive the care they need in the first forty days and beyond, she offers emotional support, guidance, and hands-on help. She also nourishes families with meals made with love—infused with culture and rich in nourishment—helping to create a strong foundation for recovery and connection.

Postpartum Doula and Motherhood Coach
Ali is a postpartum doula, motherhood coach, and mother of two. With a background as a speech pathologist in the disability sector, she values family-centered care and meets mothers’ needs with evidence-based and heart-centered support. She believes that when a mother is nourished—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—she can care for herself and her baby with greater ease. Through in-home support, women’s circles, birth debriefing, and online education, Ali creates a nurturing space where mothers feel heard and held. Trained in rebozo and bodywork, she offers physical, emotional, and spiritual support, helping mothers feel grounded and connected.

Postpartum Doula
Based on Bunurong Land in Melbourne’s Bayside, Cailtin is a postpartum doula, mother of two, and lover of beach walks, backyard lunches, and quiet cuppas in sunny spots. After the birth of her first daughter in 2019 cracked her heart wide open, she felt a deep calling to support others through the postpartum season. With a background in marketing and a knack for holding space, she brings warmth, nourishment, and soulful conversation to new parents—making the messy, magical transition into parenthood feel a little more held and a lot less lonely.

Emilie (she/her) is a birth and postpartum doula and mum of two, passionate about supporting families through their unique birth journeys. With a background in perinatal mental health, she offers trauma-informed, person-centred care. Emilie is known for her calming presence, especially with those feeling anxious about birth, gently guiding them to feel confident and empowered. As a VBAC mum, she holds a special passion for supporting VBAC journeys. Her work is grounded in authenticity, connection, and ensuring every birthing person feels deeply seen, heard, and supported in making informed choices.
